D. Diegel Inc is a full service supplier for design, engineering, prototyping, tooling, and production for a variety of products including but not limited to plastics and injection molding. I also have relationships with other companies for stampings, castings, rubber, and all different types of rapid prototyping.

CAD Design and Modeling
We work with a small group of highly qualified design firms that specialize in fully surfaced 3D designs.
Designs are normally completed in CATIA so as to be usable in all aplications including Automotive OEM, Aerospace, and consumer products.
These files can be converted to formats that allow for direct printing and 3D prototypes.
Rapid Prototypes
We work with a variety of sources for 3D Printing, Rapid Nylon function parts, Direct Metal Laser Sintered metals, Cold Pour Urethane, SLS, SLA, and FDM prototypes.
Aluminum and Mud Base Tooling
If you need a few hundred parts made over a period of time or if you are going to be making changes and want to do several trials then Aluminum or Mud Base Tooling are both good options. These allow you to make 100 or 1,000 parts at a time and the cost of changes or replacement is not as high. Also these tools can typically be completed in 3 to 4 weeks.
Production
When you are ready for production, we will recommed a source for you, and do the introductions to our list of highly qualified Manufacturers all over the world. This will include all of the components, tooling, molding, assembly, and packaging needs you may have. Trust D. Diegel Inc. and our partners to get the production you need launced correctly.
